We are ideally located at London’s Heathrow Airport, close to both animal reception centres, so we are best placed to make sure your pet is imported safely into the UK.

When your pet arrives at Heathrow they will be taken to one of the two animal receptions centres depending on which airline they have arrived with. There the animal handling staff will make sure that all is well, and check the paperwork is compliant. We can act as your pet customs broker and clear your pet through UK customs on your behalf. This is mandatory for pets arriving into the UK.

Once the customs clearance has been completed, you can collect your pet, or we can also assist with GB road transport, to deliver your pet safely and securely to your home.
